Shipping Policy

Estimated Shipping Delivery Times: From your order being sent to the arrival of your package, you should estimate around three weeks.

If a birthday or special occasion is coming up in less than three weeks, don’t risk it.

The fulfilment of your order, when it leaves the depot, is 2-7 working days (2-10 days including weekends). Postage will take approximately a week. It is possible your product may arrive around seven days after ordering, but this is not guaranteed.

International Shipping: The shop is only available in Europe for now.

Order Never Arrived: If your order didn’t arrive, please let us know.

• First, check your shipping confirmation to ensure you entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, we’d be happy to send another order to the correct address, but it will be at your cost.
• If the shipping address was correct, get in touch at info@copenhagenbydesign.dk with your order number, and we’ll see what can be done.

Returns Policy

Damaged Items: The last thing I want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives damaged, please get in touch within a week, and I will arrange for a replacement. A photo of the damaged item will be required.

Wrong Size: If you’re unhappy with the size you’ve received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the sizing chart. Though rare, it is possible the garment was mislabeled. Let me know, and I’ll get it sorted out.

If you’d like a different size and received the size you ordered, unfortunately, it cannot be exchanged.

VAT and Tax Policy

VAT Charges: Prices displayed on the website include VAT at 25% for all EU countries. This applies until total EU sales exceed the €10,000 threshold. Once this threshold is reached, VAT will be charged based on the customer’s location in accordance with EU regulations. For customers outside the EU, VAT is not charged.

Your Information

All information collected during a purchase will only be used to fulfill your order. This includes sharing your address with our printer, as they dispatch your product(s). Our printer does not share your information further.

Your data will be kept solely for bookkeeping and tax purposes as required by law.
